About Timothy Warr

Timothy Warr has been restoring antique furniture for the past 14 years. He has always had a love of antiques which stemmed from his grandmother Isabel Corry, who had antique shops in Derby, Nottingham, Leicester and London and was a regular face at most of the country's top antique fairs. At the age of 8 Timothy remembers spending hours waxing and polishing furniture for his grandmother in preparation for the opening day of the Dorchester antique fair.

Timothy studied the history of antiques and all aspects of traditional antique restoration and went on to set up his own antique restoration business in 1998. Timothy now has the skill, knowledge and craftsmanship that comes with 14 years experience. Up until Mrs Corry's retirement in 2008, Corry's Antiques was one of his main clients. Today the majority of his work comes from repeat business and recommendations which speaks volumes about the quality of his work.
